Marconi Express informes that that a 24-hour national strike has been called for Monday 18 May.
The replacement shuttle bus service between the airport and Bologna Central Station, and vice versa, will operate during the guaranteed service periods from 5.40 am to 8.30 am and from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm, in accordance with sector regulations: however, we recommend that you plan your journey with a reasonable margin of time.
From 8.30 am to 4.30 pm and from 7.30 pm to midnight, the replacement shuttle bus service will not be guaranteed due to the strike.
Please note that the replacement shuttle bus service operates from the following departure points:
- at the Central Station: new temporary stop in Piazza delle Medaglie d’Oro (at the Central Station, follow the signs for ‘City Centre exit’);
- at Lazzaretto Station on Via Terracini;
- at the airport: on the ground floor at the arrivals exit.
Due to the strike, customer service staff will not be available at bus stops throughout the day on Monday 18 May. An operator will, however, be available at the call centre on +39 051 290235.
Once the strike has ended, the company will take all necessary measures to ensure that services are restored as quickly as possible.
